Innovative Skyscraper Designed for Venice Skyline

A brand new skyscraper has been designed for the city of Venice and is already projected to be taller than the bell tower of St. Mark’s Basilica. We love hearing about new projects in the works, especially ones that are so innovative and original like this one. Vertical Arts According to Dezeen Magazine, this new building will be made up of 3 towers that are in the shape of fins. Connecting these towers will be six steel discs. The skyscraper is projected to be 60 stories high, which will include a shopping center, hotel, theater, offices, conference center and apartment units. In addition, swimming pools, gardens and ponds are set to accent the structure. One of the main concepts behind this skyscraper is unity. The idea that anything can be accessed within minutes is a driving force behind the design of the structure. The building also aims to create a functional and efficient atmosphere by addressing environmental friendliness through design. We enjoyed hearing about this new skyscraper and are excited to see how the future will pan out for it. If you are feeling inspired by this skyscraper for your own project, Vertical Arts can help.
