New Apartment Building in France is Out of the Box

A new apartment complex in northwest France is becoming quite popular for many reasons, one of which is its innovative and original style. Protruding like an open set of drawers, this building puts a unique spin on the typical apartment complex building. Vertical Arts This building is located on a former military site and features two towers as well as two rows of houses. In addition, the building is coated with a surface layer of concrete as well as sheets of ribbed metal to give it a clean, streamline look. The uniform gray appearance is broken up by the brightly colored glass balconies and walls. The building also provides 76 new homes to the area, which is a growing neighborhood. We love this apartment building for its unique take on the typical apartment complex style. The popped out balconies paired with the bright colors makes for an original and out of the box style. If you are feeling some inspiration from this building for your next contemporary architecture project in Steamboat Springs, Vertical Arts can help.
