In this Steamboat residence nestled between downtown and Colorado Mountain College, this family of four was seeking to create a haven, maximizing seating and adding naturals, aqua and turquoise to their entry, living room and dining room. With the family’s favorite china as the inspiration, foliage, birds and soft touches were brought into the design. A sideboard full of character and a tufted ottoman add tradition while ripple fold window coverings, a metal gear clock and alpaca pillows bring modern style into the space.
