The Rollingstone Village Project is a mixed use development consisting of 100,000 square feet on approximately 2.79 acres. Building materials consist of cedar siding, rain screen cladding panels, use of exposed steel for design intent, stone veneer, corrugated metal roofing, and asphalt shingle. This mixed use is bordering Fish Creek, allowing the riparian corridor, a significant stand of healthy pine and spruce trees and two existing historical structures, play important roles in the site planning and new building design.
