Serving the front range from denver’s art district

We are thrilled to announce our new office in the heart of Denver’s Art District on Santa Fe Avenue. Located at 871 Santa Fe Drive, Denver, CO, we are among great company, joining art galleries and designers on the bustling art-focused street near downtown Denver.

“We are happy to be in this new location in Denver and to participate in all the Arts District has to offer, including First Friday Art Walk events,” said Partner Andrew Pharis.

The new Vertical Arts office will be home to a team of both professional architects and interior designers to better serve Colorado’s Front Range market and beyond. Previously, our team spent a decade serving Denver in various office spaces around the city.

The office design shows off the historical aspects of the building.

the history of the new office space

The building itself is more than 100 years old and features interesting aesthetic elements such as exposed brick and industrial metals throughout. The building’s layered history and renovations add extra character to the office. The 1,000-square-foot open floor plan office space features custom, reclaimed wood desks and a conference room with Italian leather-wrapped chairs against a designer table for team and client meetings. The materials library is integrated into the island at the center of the design studio to foster collaboration between all team members with a custom made metal chandelier hanging above.

“It’s exciting to host our clients in this new space and reach even more of our key audiences from one of Denver’s most culturally significant neighborhoods in an office space designed to boost creativity,” said Pharis.
