Interest in the Infinity Tower Increases
It is evident that we have a passion for architecture at Vertical Arts, which is why we like to share some projects that we find inspiring, both here and around the world. The Infinity Tower in Sao Paulo, Brazil was recently completed and sets a new standard for how Class-A office space is viewed internationally.
The building rises 18 floors above the city and offers incredible panoramic views with floor-to-ceiling high-performance glass windows that help to maximize natural light. Unlike competing properties, this new tower utilizes the maximum floor area that San Paulo will allow while still offering a variety of floor plans to fit the needs of tenants.
Perhaps the most distinctive feature of this building is its design, which emulates a schooner running under full sail. The tower’s “sails” encompass each level with two sweeping curves much like a glass curtain. This unique design takes advantage of the natural sunlight coming into the building while also preventing an unwanted glare. Keeping within the nautical theme, the base of the building offers an entryway that is surrounded by water and is accessed by using one of two bridges.
