40 West will be a boutique marketplace serving the West End of Steamboat. Its simple marketplace style architecture references the program which features a butcher, pasta bar, pizza area, charcuterie and artisan breads, juice bar, coffee area and a full service restaurant. The building spills outside where a patio will include firepits, outdoor seating and an on-site ice cream truck.
