Vertical Arts has partnered with Gorman and Company to design Breckenridge’s newest affordable housing community. With impactful massing and character, the Net Zero multi-family complex features 80 units, a community garden and direct access to parks, trails and the nearby river. The prominent roof forms that give the complex its unique form are a direct result of our design to emphasize rooftop solar panel access. Additional features include integrated solar shading devices, entry canopies and distinctive detached garage designs.
