Just outside of Castle Rock, these landowners were looking for an equestrian facility that would enable them to pursue their love of horses and the sport of horse jumping. Our team designed the equestrian facilities on the 36-acre property to complement their existing single family residence. The new buildings include an eight-stall stable with a track room, feed room, lounge and grooming and wash stalls. Indoor and outdoor riding arenas, a horse walker, hay storage and composting facility will also be seamlessly incorporated. Additional site amenities will include a number of turnouts, horse pastures, and individual loafing sheds. One of the best parts is an incorporated trail network that will provide access throughout the site, horse exercising pathways, and will even serve as a mountain biking route.
