In the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs, new life is brought to 12th and Yampa street with this proposed three-story mixed use building. Its fresh face made with monolithic stone and ornamental details of heavy timber and wood lintels nods to the heritage of natural materials prominent in mountain communities with a new twist. The building will house eight residential condos, a ground floor restaurant, and a rooftop deck.
