The Jobe Property is near the base of the Steamboat Resort and is host to a man-made lake that provides water supply for annual snowmaking at the resort. The conceptual plan developed a mixed-use site housing multi-family residences, affordable housing units, single family homes, amenity buildings, a restaurant, a pool as well as dock areas at the lake.
