This Week: Urban Land Institute Real Estate Summit
The ULI Real Estate Summit at the Spring Council Forum is going on right now in Boston at the Hynes Convention Center through Friday the 16th. The summit will focus on the three overarching topics that are driving real estate today and that will shape its future: capital, demographics, and business strategies. Here you’ll be able to connect with leaders from every segment of the real estate industry and be sure to get the information you need to put your business ahead of the curve and take part in building the new world of real estate.
See below for the agenda to the summit:
On Wednesday, April 14th, you will participate in thought-provoking general sessions and interactive town hall-style meetings with leaders from every segment of the real estate industry. Get the big picture of what is happening in the industry today before breaking into the town-hall sessions, then come back together to share insights and tie all the pieces together.
On Thursday, April 15th, dive down into the specific issue areas that are driving the future of real estate during day-long Industry Roundtables. Through these small group interactions and expert-guided discussions, you will spend the day exploring one of six key topics. Market trends, public-private partnerships, new business models, distressed opportunities, and demographic trends are just some of the areas that we will explore in detail. Prior to and during the meeting, you will be able to connect with your fellow focus group members on a deep level to share information and solve problems specific to your business.
Friday, April 16th will present an opportunity for networking in the morning, followed by a summit wrap-up and closing general session.
