Get to Know Michele and Ron
Michele brings 26 years of expertise as an interior designer with five years doing business as Michele McCarthy Interiors in Bozeman. Michele brings deep experience in luxury residential, cabin and hospitality projects to the team, with custom designs in Montana, Wyoming, Colorado and Florida. As a NCIDQ Certified designer, she has the credibility, professionalism and high-level technical knowledge that’s critical to complex mountain builds. Michele was a part of the Vertical Arts team from 2013 to 2019, working on pinnacle projects such as Perry Park, Deer Park, Boulder Ridge and more.
Ron Nemetz, formerly Owner and Principal of N2 Architecture & Interior Design, brings more than 30 years of experience as a licensed architect specializing in residential and commercial design. Based in the Rocky Mountain West since 2007, he has led multiple regional architectural firms and collaborated with clients to deliver thoughtful, high-quality projects that respond to both place and purpose.
With a background in construction, Ron approaches architecture with a practical understanding of how buildings are built—bridging design vision with real-world execution from concept through completion. He values collaboration, strong relationships, and solutions that balance design, constructability, and long-term value.
“Ron and Michele are wonderful fits for both our world class team and the demands of serving clients in the region.” – Brandt Vanderbosch.
