This custom family home in Larkspur, Colorado, creates a family retreat in its central courtyard with plenty of thoughtfully designed features to make the most of each space. With subtly lit steps guiding the way, each space flows seamlessly, connecting groups of water features, fire pits and lounging seating arrangements together. The natural curves of fire pits, durable fabrics and pillows with pops of color pulled from the natural stone bring the space together.

Stunning views are meant to be captured and this sustainable home in Steamboat Springs delivers, utilizing a tiered design to create even more outdoor living space. This custom home features an outdoor kitchen and dining table set up with a cozy seating area and fire pit placed right on the edge of the hill overlooking the valley below. We purposely chose pieces that were multifunctional, such as the lighting fixture above the dining table that works as a heating lamp at the same time.

Whether it’s a Bernhardt dining set up and fire pit or extra lounge space next to the jacuzzi, our team chooses items that are durable yet can still match the tone and style of the rest of your home.
A Serene Space to Spend Time
Sometimes your backyard space can be transformed into a tranquil oasis. Our landscape architecture team worked hand in hand with our interior designers to craft the perfect everyday gathering area. Plush Four Hands couches are snuggled around a custom concrete fireplace with built-in infrared heaters. Planters and custom art sculptures pull the patio together, with additional warmth provided by mounted heaters on the pergola.
